Our Summer Associate Program is a critical source of new lawyers for our Firm. In fact, a majority of our associates—and several of our partners—were participants in our Summer Associate Program. For that reason, we maintain high standards in the selection process, and we endeavor to give each summer associate a realistic impression of the people and practice of our Firm.
Our program begins in May and lasts at least ten weeks, and typically includes only second-year law students.
A summer with our Firm provides experiences as a new lawyer. Summer associates are not only involved in research, writing and analysis that are significant to our clients and their cases, but they also attend depositions, hearings, trials, and more. We endeavor to provide immediate and constructive feedback to Summer Associates on all assignments.
Our Summer Associate Program also includes social activities, including a golf outing open to all Firm attorneys, and informal, after-work gatherings to help acquaint summer associates with the Firm and its attorneys.
