Certified Family Law Specialist, certified by the Independent Certifying Board of the Family and Juvenile Law Section of the Indiana State Bar Association.

Prior to joining RBE in July, 2007, Ms. Douglas worked as a solo practitioner since 1999 for Douglas Law Offices, P.C. where her practice was limited to family law matters.

Additionally, Ms. Douglas has worked as contract-counsel for the Marion County Public Defenders Office representing parents in Child In Need of Service (CHINS) and Termination of Parental Rights (TPR) cases. Prior to entering private practice, she was a staff attorney with Legal Services Organization of Indiana, Inc. where she represented domestic violence survivors in family law cases.
