EXPERIENCE:
Limits practice to representing management in employment matters.

Defends employers before state and federal courts, the National Labor Relations Board, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Indiana Civil Rights Commission, U. S. Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and Indiana Worker’s Compensation Board.

Advises management concerning employment issues such as employee handbooks, employment agreements, covenants not to compete, wrongful termination, collective bargaining, labor arbitration, union elections, sexual and other harassment, race, sex, age and disability discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour investigations, family and medical leaves of absence, occupational safety and health, and worker’s compensation.

Frequent lecturer on employment topics presented by Indiana Continuing Legal Education Foundation and Council on Education in Management.
