A wide range of litigation matters in both state and federal courts. Argued before Indiana Court of Appeals (May 2009) and Indiana Supreme Court (April 2010) in U.S. Bank, N.A. v. Integrity Land Title Corp., 907 N.E.2d 616 (Ind. Ct. App., June 16, 2009), vacated, in part, by U.S. Bank, N.A. v. Integrity Land Title Corp., 914 N.E.2d 320 (Ind. Ct. App., Oct. 9, 2009), trans. granted (Feb. 25, 2010).
