EXPERIENCE:
Robert concentrates his practice primarily in civil and commercial litigation with an emphasis in insurance defense, medical malpractice defense and products liability. Robert also has experience handling administrative law matters with multiple agencies in the State of Indiana.
Robert has achieved numerous professional and civic accomplishments including his election as a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association Bar Leader Series IV and a prescient committeeman in Hamilton, County Indiana. Prior to joining Riley Bennett & Egloff, Robert also served as a deputy prosecutor in Hamilton County Indiana where he successfully prosecuted misdemeanor and felony offenses in numerous jury and bench trials. In law school, Robert was a Notes Editor on the Federal Communications Law Journal, served on the Moot Court Board, was selected as a member of the National Moot Court Team and worked as a certified student intern with Indiana Student Legal Services.

ADMISSIONS:
Admitted to Bar, 2002, Indiana. Admitted to practice before U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of Indiana. Mr. Brandt has been admitted Pro Hac Vice on multiple litigation matters in the state of Illinois.
