Preparation of trusts, wills, and business and estate succession planning documents. Handling and enforcement of agreements, obligations and claims through litigation.

Admitted to Bar, 1987, Indiana. Admitted to practice before U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana.

COMMUNITY AND CIVIC:
Member of the Board of Directors of Prevent Child Abuse, Indiana 1999-2004 and continue to participate in the fundraising and community activities of the organization. Have been a Certified Arbitrator and volunteer for the Better Business Bureau. An active sponsor of and participant in local community youth sports programs.
