Mr. Button's practice is focused on general corporate counseling and estate planning including: asset purchases, stock acquisitions, commercial financing, and the incorporation and organization of business entities.

EXPERIENCE:
Representation and general business counseling of corporations, limited liability companies and other business entities, including not-for-profit corporations. Representative clients include: Community Hospitals of Indiana, Inc.; Weichert Realtors, McDonald McKinney; The Historic Indianapolis City Market Foundation, Inc.; Life Settlement Providers, LLC; iGoDigital, LLC; Elite Management Services, Inc.; Clark Appliance; Indiana Business Bank; Heritage Equity Group, LLC; Titan Equity Group, LLC; Silver Point Capital, L.P. and various real estate partnerships.

Mr. Button spent more than six years in various domestic and international sales and brand marketing roles at Eli Lilly and Company and more than five years as a human resources development consultant prior to entering the practice of law. He was granted a patent for the invention of a vial and cartridge reading device providing audio feedback for a blood glucose monitoring system.
